Basic Rules

• This is a recreational group, no serious play.
• No aggressive play permitted – no hard tackles, no sliding tackles.
• Shin pads and soccer boots must be worn.
• Different teams picked each week.
• Although not mandatory, regular attendance is required.
• Throw-ins, offsides and free kicks are permitted.
• Rotating goalkeepers are mandatory.
• All players are required to play all positions – no favourites.
